Eimazing ("the App", including the video component "Pi Uploader") is a personal, private set of automation tools operated by its owner. By using the App, the owner agrees to these terms.

Use of the App

The App is provided for the owner's own personal use to manage and publish the owner's own content. It is not a public or commercial service and is not intended for use by anyone other than the owner.

Third-party services

The App interacts with Google/YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) via their official APIs. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Pinterest Developer Guidelines, and the TikTok API Terms of Service with the TikTok Community Guidelines and the Meta Platform Terms. The owner is responsible for ensuring all published content complies with those terms, including disclosing AI-generated content where the platform requires it.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The owner uses it at their own risk and is responsible for the content it publishes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner/operator of the App accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is the one published at this URL.
